FAQ

How do I order?

You can place your order online at www.cacork.com or by email at contact@cacork.com.
Browse our store and click on the items you want to buy and place them in the shopping cart.
After selecting the products you will have to indicate the data for delivery. Finally, you must indicate the means of payment and confirm the order.
By placing your order, the User expresses its full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale shall be the only applicable between the two parties.
In the absence of availability of the product, CACORK undertakes to inform the buyer and to reimburse the buyer for any amounts he may have paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the unavailability.

Payment and Shipping

The cost of shipping will be according to the desired quantity and location, however, our website provides a calculator that allows you to calculate the shipping costs.
Shipping charges may be free if there are currently active promotions.

We will try to process all orders, where possible, within two business days.
Your order must be delivered within 5-8 business days to Europe and 9-15 business days in the Rest of the World.
We want you to receive your purchase in the best conditions.
In the unlikely event an item gets damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Orders over 2Kg will be shipped by the carrier and we suggest you request costs before purchase.
For purchases over 1000 units we advise you to use our reseller / proposals area in order to find the best shipping method.
CACORK reserves the right to use any of the transport services that ensure the effective delivery of the product, within the prices previously fixed on our site.

Reimbursement - Devolution

If you are not satisfied, you can make a return of purchases made within 15 days after the date of receipt.
If you choose to return the products purchased, you should contact us, so we can provide instructions on the exchange/return process.
 In no case, the articles must be sent without previous contact, and the return is not accepted in these cases.

In order for the return to be made, the following dates must be respected:
1 - Product defect - The defect must be communicated within 3 working days.

2 - No defect in the products - The communication must be made within 15 working days;
 In any case, the maximum deadline for receipt of the product in our facilities will be 30 calendar days from the date of the notification.

Prices

CACORK offers the price list with the product in the information menu. After confirming the payment, we will send the requested product.
All prices quoted are in Euros (€).
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. CACORK declines any responsibility for any errors published on the site. In the treatment of your order any price error that may be on the site due to technical anomalies. In this situation, the customer is contacted.
If the price of the product presented on the site is lower, the difference is returned. If the price is higher then the customer will be contacted and can accept or cancel the order.

Methods of payment

We accept payment through Paypal and wire transfers. Products will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed and validated. To validate your payment via bank transfer, we need you to send an email with proof of payment and your personal data.

Responsibility

For all stages of access to our site, from ordering to delivery, CACORK only has a media obligation. CACORK disclaims all warranties and any liability for the inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular, a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any case of force majeure classified by the case law of the courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Items sold are described and displayed on the site as accurately as possible. If despite all our precautions, errors occur on the site, CACORK will not be held responsible.

Treatment of personal data

All information provided on the subscription of any part must be true and undoubted. CACORK reserves the right to refuse your request if your information is not accurate or complete.
Your information will only be available to our technicians and personal sales, safeguarding your privacy with the greatest secrecy. In no way will this information be provided to others for the purpose of abusive advertising. This information will only be provided to third parties if there is a judicial matter or any other subject that is in accordance with the law.
